Matt is the founder and roaster of Oxbow Roasting, a specialty coffee company based in Louisiana. He started roasting coffee in 2007, and over the years he has worked to refine his craft with a focus on small-batch roasting and consistent quality. His goal is simple: create coffee that’s easy to love — whether you’re a casual coffee drinker or someone who pulls espresso daily.
